PIZZA BLANCHE AUX CREVETTES  

Portions : 4 – Préparation : 30 minutes – Cuisson : 15 à 20 minutes

Ingrédients   

Préparation  

ÉTAPE 1 

Préchauffez le four, la grille au centre à 290 °C (550 °F).  

ÉTAPE 2 

Dans une poêle chaude, avec un peu d’huile, faites saisir les rondelles de courgette dans l’huile, 2 minutes de chaque côté. Ajoutez du sel et du poivre. Réservez  

ÉTAPE 3 

Dans un bol, mélangez le jaune d’œuf, la crème, le parmesan, les herbes de Provence, le piment, du sel et du poivre.  

ÉTAPE 4 

Dans un bol, mélangez les crevettes, le basilic, le poivre rose, l’ail, l’huile, du sel et du poivre.  

ÉTAPE 5 

Sur le plan de travail, étalez les pâtes à pizza.  

ÉTAPE 6 

Sur chaque pizza, répartissez la crème préparée puis les courgettes, les tomates séchées, les crevettes et laissez cuire au four 10 à 15 minutes, selon l’épaisseur de la pizza.  

ÉTAPE 7 

Ajoutez le basilic et dégustez.
